Peru was a major stop for us and we spent a total of 31 days there. We traveled in to Peru by bus from Ecuador and out by bus to Chile. We maintained our original schedule with the exception of omitting the 3-day trek into Colca Canyon due to Janet’s sprained ankle. Our trip route was:
